The Friend Preservation Project
Preserving the smiles, stories, and memories of Friend for generations to come.
Welcome!
Welcome to the Friend Preservation Project, a volunteer-led archive dedicated to preserving the history of Friend, the beloved children's multimedia franchise that captured the hearts of families for decades.
Our mission is to document and restore surviving storybooks, television episodes, promotional artwork, merchandise, music, and production materials before they are lost forever.
Latest Preservation Updates
- Three VHS tapes recently digitized.
- Children's Book Collection now being cataloged.
- New promotional artwork donated by a private collector.
- Production materials currently under restoration.
How You Can Help
Do you own old Friend merchandise, VHS tapes, books, photographs, or promotional materials? We'd love to hear from you! Every discovery helps us preserve another piece of television history.
Together, we can ensure Friend continues bringing smiles to future generations.
